How Do Torrent Files on the Wii Work?

There's this game, Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution 3, and I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLLLLLYYYY want it. The thing is, I can't find where to buy it online, and I can't just get an American version because it won't work on my PAL Wii. (I'm from Australia) So I did a google search and I found many torrent file download thingies and was wondering how they work and what I need to get to use them? So if you could please tell me what is the deal with them, what you need to make them work and how to get them. And better yet, if you know where I could get a PAL version of Naruto Shippuden Clash of Ninja Revolution 3, then that would make me a very happy person. Thankyou in advance.

Suggestion:

Go to websites give you instructions on how to hack your wii. Thats if you can. And if you could then Im sure you're going to need an SD card. And yeah its called pirating but who gives a dang? Its not like you're going to sell the game.. And soren121 is just a bitter loser.

Using the torrent files to download your Naruto game is illegal. It's called pirating. Even if you decided to disregard the law and download your game illegally and you got a DVD burner that burned the discs correctly, the NTSC game wouldn't work in your PAL Wii. You'll just have to wait until it's released in your region. Or buy an American Wii and a copy of the game.

Look through the forums. Great place for wii people.
