Can you bring game consoles?

I'm leaving tommorow to California. I was planning on bringing my DS, Wii, and nintendo 64 to bring over to California. Will they allow you to bring them?

Can an American Black Wii be modded?

I live in the states, and the black wii just came out here a couple of months ago. What I want to know is, can it be modded. I'm asking this because, I heard the pal and japanese editions lacked some software, that could load back ups and Divix. Also, can somebody tell me what firmware it runs on. Because, if it come pre-loaded with 4.3u, i don't want it

Will an American wii connect to Monster Hunter Tri's American servers if it is connecting from Europe?

I live in europe, but I want to play online with some american friends. If I bought an american wii and copy of MHTri, would it be able to connect to the american servers, or would it still connect to the european servers if I'm connecting to the internet from Europe? Thanks in advance!
