How Do I Play My Old Games on My New Wii?

I got one of the very first Wii consoles and downloadedand PAID FOR a whole bunch of games on my old Wii. I moved them to the SD card thinking i would take out the old SD card put it in the new Wii and be good to go, right? Wrong. I cant seem to be able to play any of my games and i cant seem to find any info on this problem. I cant be the only one with this problem. Can anyone help?
