is the nintendo 3DS going to be backward compatible like the wii and what games are coming out for it at first?

whats the easiest way to get super nintendo games on the wii for free. Because wii point cards cost 20 bucks for 2 games, and i dont wanna click offers because those need valid info that i dont want to share, and idk how to put on hombrew on the wii without crashing it and i dont wanna use a mod chip or something that i have to order on the internet.

If it costs more than 200$ i won't get it because nintendo has to think it through if it costs as much as a wii i think more people would want a consal than a handheld.
