Can You Play a Wii Game from the Uk on an American Wii?

I was thinking about ordering a UK only game over the internet and was wondering if it would play on an American Wii console. (Doctor Who: Return to Earth)

Nope Sorry, Nintendo games are divided in the following order:
USA (i think) = North America
PAL = Europe
JPN = Japan

sorry but no. the ntsc consoles will not work with a pal game. you can hack/soft mod it and use a loader to force ntsc and make it work that way. other than that, though, you can't.

no it wont work. games that are specified for a country will only work at that country, no where else.
