and some other people think I'm really rich this is whatmy family has: live in a 3 bedroom, 1asterbedroom suite 2 1/2 bath,, have 3 cars (one my brothers which was my Mom's old car, my dad's truck, and my Mom's new Cadillac SRX2010. I (myself) have $300.00 in my wallet ( I actually save up my money unlike other kids. 2 iPod touches (mine and my brothers 6 laptops (one is my dads, one is my Mom's 1 is my brother's, 3 are mine (old ones passed down) go to Cancun, Mexico everysummer for vacation. A Wii a Xbox 360 (which Is my brother's) I have expensive clothes and jackets (Ambercrombie, Aeropostal, American eagle someother places) have two closets of clothes (walkin)
and someother stuff
but any way if i was rich or had nice new things I don't brag about it at all

it's good that you don't brag about those clothes, the two closets, and vacations, because that definitely makes you look spoiled. BUT… it seems that a lot of this is hand-me-down stuff, right? Your family is wealthy, and can afford nice stuff, which ISN'T a bad thing. You don't flaunt it around obnoxiously though, so you AREN'T spoiled! 
Spoiled means you have too much stuff for your own good, and maybe you don't use it or waste it or be mean about the stuff you do. it sounds like you have a nice life
