Does Anyone Know How You Can Get Past the Region Code to Play Japanese Games on an American Wii?

I really want to buy the soul eater monotone princess game for wii but i don't want to spend all my money buying an imported wii. Are there any ways to decode the region code so I would be able to play the game?

Suggestion:

You have to softmod (or hardmod if you really want to open your Wii up to install it, but softmod is easier since you only need an SD Card) your Wii and install the homebrew channel, then install a Back Up Loader to play the imported game. There is no way to make it play on a regular Wii.
