How Can I Play a Pal Game on My Ntsc Wii?

This year I moved to Russia and took my American Wii with me. Today I got a game for my wii but unfortunately it is in PAL version and my wii is unable to read it. Is there anyway to convert it or trick my wii into playing it? I considered buy FreeLoader, but don't know where I can but it since I am in Russia and it's hard to find things here. Most people have recommended for me to mod my Wii but I have NO INTENTIONS of doing that anytime soon.

If there are no ways to make it work is there a place where I can buy NTSC games in europe?!

have you thought about mail order games if it running ok , i have read some were here thst s ntsc system will play in black and white , but i dont see how that poss as the tv region different , if it is working , you have done very well . because lots ppl having similar probs , pal v's ntsc
yrs ago i had a snes system that had a converter and that played dirrerent region games japan / usa games , but some of the games very grainy or even black and white , but wii is a disk not a cart , so it may be very tricky ,. , best just buy games from the us, and sell this game
another option , is cost , how many games have you got , why not buy right system for right tv system
