Should I Get a Ps3, Wii, or Xbox?

I like video games for entertainment and fun, especially parties. I'm a girl so shootem games are not my main priority, I like things like DJ hero, Guitar hero, American Idol, the new Tony Hawk skater is fun, Dance Dance Revolution and I do like the Wii Fit stuff. I don't mind playing games like Rainbow 6 or NBA but will be buying more of the dance/dj/interactive games.

At the same time I want to have good graphics, I'm not thrilled with the Wii Sports graphics. It would also be nice to have a DVD combo so I don't need to buy a new DVD player.

So which would be the best system for playing the games I've listed above.

Also, someone said that I should just get a DVD player anyway and avoid using the videogame system for viewing DVDs because it burns out the reader for no reason. Is this true?

Thanks for your help!

Get the Wii!! I love the Wii better than PS3 and Xbox. I think the games are easier and there are more games for girls to choose from. There are many party games for Wii. The games they make for Wii are for any age. If you get the Wii, I would suggest getting Karaoke Revolution. :)

ps3 all the way in the end it comes out way better wii is no comp and ps3 costs less with x box live costs + bluray + better graphics + game of the year uncharted 2 =) x box ring of death ps3 wins all the way =)

I would recommend getting a PS3.

The person who told you about the DVD player is right so buy a separate DVD player. Since all the games your are listing are only on the wii, i think you should get a wii. Even though wii sport doesn't have good graphics, there are other games that have great graphics. For example Super Mario Galaxy and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. But you can also connect to the internet on the wii and get points and buy more games too. The wii is also great for parties too, but you need a lot of space around you to play. This is just what I recommend for you.
