Suggestion:
Absolutely. The controllers have nothing to do with the region. The region issues arise only in video (video format – PAL or NTSC, among others) and power source (110v or 220v) aspects. The peripherals have nothing to do with the region, especially if the peripheral isn't standalone, but an attachment to another peripheral (such as the Wii Motion Plus, or the Wii Classic Controller, to name a couple).
