No, the Wii doesn't have enough memory to install entire games. The capacity of a Wii disc is higher than the flash drive in the console.
You can of course install games from the virtual console but that's because they're much smaller.

I'm basically going to repeat most of what the others have said, no you can't. Only games that can be copied are Virtual Console and Wii Ware games. It wouldn't be good for Nintendo to do that since people would be giving friends their Disk and people would be getting a free $50 Video Game. Nintendo would lose Millions of Dollars by doing that. They have only one game that can be copied and that is Wii Fit, you can go into the game and create a Wii Fit Channel for easy acess. And that is most likely why people can't buy a Seperate Wii Balance Board.
However. People can Modify Nintendo Wiis to download Disks into the System, this is illegal, Expensive, and a Waste of Time. Mostly because Nintendo finds ways to erase it by the Wii System update. And they make it where New Video Games force the Wii to Update when Played.
So it looks like you're going to have to keep using Disks. Sorry but that's just the Way it Works.
