I Have Wii Games Installed on Usb Hd, but My Wii is Not Showing Usb Drive, How to Use Games on Usb Drive?

I had purchased wii console from India. I got this Hard disk pre installed with games from Singapore. It was working fine there on shopkeeper's console. He had wiiflow which he said will install to my console once plug my hard disk. But its not working.

Suggestion:

I'm pretty sure WiiFlow is contained in an SD card, because I also have a Wii just like that, I'd open the little cap thing in front of the Wii to make sure a little blue card is in there.
