Does Anyone else Feel This Way About Nintendo?

I love the Wii, and I try to use it whenever I can. It's a very good system that I've found worth my money. The Nintendo DS, on the other hand, is a different story. They're now on their 5th installment of the DS (3DS). I feel like Nintendo is now just interested in your money and not thinking anymore about making their systems "fun". This isn't a new system, it's just another upgrade of the Nintendo DS! I feel like it's not worth it: the 3d only works if you're hold the system at a certain angle. And where I live I hear it will cost $400 plus. I'm not too happy with Nintendo at the moment. On a different note, I have an original DS and feel like I need to upgrade it. The screen is scratched, it's been overused by me, and I just want another system. But when I heard the Nintendo 3DS was going to cost over $300, I thought forget it, it's not worth it, and I wanted to get the NIntendo DSi Xl instead. What do you think? Advice? Opinions? Does anyone else feel this way about Nintendo?

Suggestion:

Where did you get your facts?
First of all, 3DS is a new system because the system is almost twice as powerful as the other handheld systems to render 3D without using any glasses. It's graphical power is almost on par with the PS3/360, since it's based on a custom Pica200 graphics processor. Also, it has to render the 3D. It may look like the other DS, but the system features several additions including a slider on the side of the device that adjusts the intensity of the 3D effect, a round nub analog input called the "Slide Pad", an accelerometer, and a gyroscope. In addition, there is an infra-red communicator port situated on the top of the unit. The 3DS is also capable of taking 3D photos and capturing 3D video, plus it plays 3D movies. Although, you can turn off the 3D if you want.

Second, Nintendo haven't announced the price, release date, and the final design of the 3DS. Wait for that on 29th. Game informers are assuming that the price will be $250 or less, which contradicts what you heard.

Lastly, it's your goddamn fault for scratching your screen, etc. If you must know, I still have my original DS Phat, fully working and few scratches due to it falling a few times.

I'm not a fanboy, although, you get your facts from the wrong source.

Yeah, I know how you feel, I love my old DS to bits (literally!) The screen is scratched to Heck and the hinge is broken, But I still use it And I DO NOT Like the DSi XL, Its a waste of money! I asked in the game shope to try it out, its not a pocket-type games console unless you have a ginormous pocket! lol Get a DSi but not an XL. Oh And the Wii is great!! ^^

The 3ds is not the same as a ds. Looks way better.

the 3DS will be something that has never done before tho so if it works out I think it will be amazing!
