The wii's online is free. Its $149.99, and it comes with New Super Mario Bros.
It is 100% free. I think that there are some WiiWare games that you have to pay online for, but those games are bad anyways and nobody really cares about them. You can buy one really cheap nowadays. The most common price is about $120. It comes with a random game, depending on the Wii, usually Mario or Wii Sports Resort, but you want to know about Walmart, don't you? They have their Wiis at about $140-160.
