How to Fix Wii Disk Read Error Help!?

I have a nintendo wii which I believe I bought in 07 or 08 and whenever I put in smb brawl or nfs carbon it will play for usually less than 3 m and then it will say "an error has occurrd. Press the eject button, remove the game disc…. It only recently started doing this maybe a month ago. Not even. I used to play te new Mario game and resident evil four and it didn't do that. How do I fix it? And if I have to take it to a shop, which one and how much will it cost?

ok first calm down! it is nothing to worry about your wii is totally fine it just has a lot of dust in the lens or something is hurting the lens. to fix this simple problem just buy the wii lens cleaning kit. its really easy to use and it only cost 10$ and it brings all and a lot of the supplies.
make sure you purchase the nintendo brand, its the best! you can buy it online or at your local walmart or gamestop. another thing, make sure your disks are not scratched or dirty because that might just be the problem. and make sure to follow all instructions that are included in the kit. if you do everything right your wii will be better than ever!
