You can browse the web.
YouTube may or may not work. It has worked in the past, but there have been many complaints that is has not worked lately.
Online streaming is doubtful.

@$199 at Wal-Mart with the Wii sport disc and, if I saw it right, the Wii Sport Resort included.

Wii can do online gameplay, surfing the net, youtube, and even Netflix. Right now there's the white or black Wii with Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, and the Wii MotionPlus accessory for $199.99. It's a great value considering if you buy everything separately (Wii with Wii Sports $199.99 + Wii Sports Resort $30-40 + Wii MotionPlus $19.99 = about $260).
