Anyone Ever Try Nintendo Wii to Lose Weight?

I started a routine, playing nintendo wii sports, specifically wii boxing to help me lose weight, then walking about a mile shortly after, will this help me lose weight?

Suggestion:

it does work, I used the wii fit plus and doing the boxing,aerobics, strength training, and yoga for about 2 hours a day along with wii active and eating balanced meals with more fruit veg and water. I lost about 10 pounds in a month. But over time you do get bored, so be prepared to do other things. Now i go to the gym about 3 days a week or more.

walking the mile is going to help you more, i suggest wii fit instead of wii sports

yes it will a bit but i suggest you get a wii fit it really helps i play on it for bout an hour everyday after a week i lost 14lb but if you dont want to spend the money keep at it and you will slowly lose weight also try eatin lest but dont do it right away do it slowly if like you eat big bowls of soup take a spoon full away and the next day take 2 spoons of wat ur eatin away and so on hoped i helped and good luck srry i went off topic

I tried it..didn't really help. I use it as more of a warm up/cool down for when I run.

Try wii fit. It's expensive, but they say that works better. Wii sports isn't really much :(
