Suggestion:
No, Wii does not have this feature. Nintendo claims this is because it doesn't want a multi-media device. There are ways (such as the homebrew channel) to allow it to play DVDs but this could ruin your system. Or if you have the internet channel you can watch movies on youtube XL. Alternatively, if you have a netfix account you can order a streaming disc and watch all your instant movies there. Hope this helps!
