Suggestion:
NO, you won't loose anything on your Wii from switching TVs. If you do switch TVs and for some reason find a game or something is missing that you bought and downloaded to the wii just go back to the shop channel and re-download it. The shop channel keeps track of what you have bought already just incase something like that happens.
But no games or anything like that should be missing from your wii just from switching TVs.

nope. shut it off, it'll be there when you come back, i promise. when you buy wiiware, it installs it in the internal memory or s/d card. either way it pops up as a channel so it's on there somewhere and not something you will loose from a restart.
