Suggestion:
well good connection or not youtube on wii is permanently slow now.
it use to be able to load the whole vids without having to stop so it can buffer.

I have the same on my PS3, got a good wifi and net connection. I think its youtube it only does it on some videos.
If you know you have a weak wifi connection, you will need to get closer to the router
try changing to a wired connection
