Answer:
As long as you have a more modern TV with the audio/video jacks its a piece of cake. You should get a audio/video cable with the Wii when you buy it. Simply plug into the back of the Wii console, and into the audio/video input jacks on the TV. Plug in the sensor bar to the Wii Console, and place it in front of the TV or on top, where ever you have room. Then hook up the power supply and your ready to go.

Very simple. Heres a step-by-step guide:
1) Connect the Nintendo Wii Adapter (the other end of the plug cable) in to the Wii.
2) Plug the Wii into the plug socket.
3) Connect the AV cable (the SCART socket or the red, yellow and white cable) into the TV and
the Wii
4) Connect the Sensor Bar to the Wii and put on top or below the TV (You'll have to specify when
changing the settings on start-up).
It is relatively easy. Assuming the tv being connected to has a scart socket, then there are three wires needed in the wii itself. The first one is the power cable (to plug socket), the second is the sensor, that has a ridculously long thin wire (sits on top of the tv), and the third is the scart cable which goes into the scart socket in the tv (or the three cloured wire ends go in the matching coloured socket)
Then when the wii is switched on depending on the settings, the tv will either automatically go to the AV channel with the wii loaded on, or you will need to press AV on the tv remote until it comes on to scroll through the AV channels.
