How to Get Rid of Pulled Muscles?

I pulled my muscles playing the Nintendo Wii, now I'm in pain. Even the lightest things to pick up is hard. My shoulders front and back hurt, and the right side of my stomach. I just want to know how to get rid of it. Questions will help, thanks.

Suggestion:

Do not play the wii for 1 week.

Do stretches watch youtube for relaxing stretches 3 times a day.

Do not massage yourself or even get a massage.

Do push ups very slowly up and down calmly and slowly.

Oh yeah next time when you play the wii, do not be too "excited". Like when you play tennis dont picture yourself in the game running here and there. NO
Instead, just the wiimote.

I have a wii and I've been playing it for 3 years, no problem at all so you can't blame the wii, you can only blame yourself, stand up and learn new stuff.

hey, im a drummer in a band so getting pulled muscles is a normal thing, what i do is have a warm bath to relax the muscles, if you drink beer have just one to relax them, or even paracetamol if you dont drink, just make sure you keep them relaxed, ice packs work but i prefer the warmth instead of coldness :) , a recovery from a pulled muscle/s usually takes anyhting from a few days to around two weeks, depending on the location, with the stomach they may take longer as these muscles are used a lot for breathing etc, just make sure you relax, but do a little exercise just to stay on top haha,

Count 20 and inhale.

Hold the air and count 10

Exhale the air and count 25

In the process you will release the excess Carbon Dioxide in your body .

The expansion and contraction of the lungs plus the extra Oxygen Intake will relax your muscles.

You need to rest to allow the muscles to get better.
