it says make sure your internet connection is active. plus it's a japanese WII so i can't change the language until it's solved. Also it says somthing about opera help

You go into settings by clicking the button in the bottom left corner of the Nintendo Wii Menu.

Click on the circle that says "Wii" on the bottom left corner, then click the right button to go to the settings.
