PLEASE HELP MEE
Suggestion:
Make sure you inserted it the right way. Then make sure the disc is clean, not scratched, andor inserted the right way. Also put in some of your others discs and see if it can read them. If it is just one specific Wii game then bring it back to the store you purchased it from, for they should give you a new one. If your still having problems call Nintendo at 1800-255-3700. If you installed the Homebrew Channel do not send your Wii to Nintendo because they will NOT fix it. If your Wii is under warranty the repairs will be free. If not you will probably have to pay for it.

First of all, do any of your games work at all? Second when you put the disc in can you hear the disc spinning or just the laser moving?
Try turning the disc the other way as you insert it in your wii
You might have the disc in the wrong way.
Try to connect ur wii to the internet and do some update?
