Trying to Connect My Wii to the Internet Please Help?

I need help getting my Nintendo Wii online to play Monster Hunter tri. My library has wifi and I have a portable TV. When ever I sign onto my lab top there it won't let me onto the web till I agree to the libra terms by clicking yes. Here is my question is there a way to agree to this or is there a way to bypass it?

Ok Well First You Have To Change Your WAP To WEP.To Know How To Do This Check Out Google.Wii Is Only Supported With WEP.You Also Must Have Wireless Router Which you Have.After You Are Done With That.You Go to Your Wii Internet Settings.Then Chose Access Points.After That You Will Find A Access Point.If It Does Not Find One it Wireless Router Must Be Change To WAP To WEP.When You See The Locks.The Gray One Means.The Wireless Router Settings Are Not Supported With The Wii.The One That Not Gray But Still Locked.When You Press The A Button On That Lock,You Need A Pass Word To Get The Internet on The Wii.The Pass Word is Under Your Wireless Router.It The One That Named Key/passphase.It Has Letters And Numbers.After You Find that Type All Those numbers And Letters In.After That Just Continue The Rest On The Wii.After That It Will Update Your Wii.So You Better Not Have A Hacked Wii.After The Update Is Done You Will Have internet On The Wii.In The Access point.If the Lock Was Unlocked You Just Press A On It And it Will Just Update You And Then You Will Have Internet on Your Wii.That Kind Of Lock Is Faster To Get Internet On The Wii.But If You Have Wired Internet then you can`t get internet on your wii.Must Have Wireless Internet if you Want to Do This.
