hey i reall don't have areason for which console to ge but, i would go with ps3 because i've had mine for 2 years and i have HAD 2 360's both broke. But with the new 360 slim idk i am going to get a 360 slim though but for now i would go with ps3 better excluxives IMO and yeah more amture gameres 360 has annoying racist 12 year olds that think they are cool because they listen to rap .
IF U GET A PS3 ADD ME MY PSN IS: socomusnavy
it all depends, if you are more of a casual gamer then definitely the wii, people say the wii sucks, they lie, the wii has some really good games, like red steel 2 and cod series games are good, i had a wii but i am selling it due to the fact the gaming style of the xbox 360 is more for me. If you enjoy getting a great online play and being able to play, talk and chat with your friends then the xbox 360 is for you, the online is fantastic compared to the Playstation 3, which i also have, the 360 is also great for multimedia, with netflix, renting movies, last.fm, facebook, arcade games and much much more, the 360 will keep you and friends entertained for hours any day of the week, at anytime. If you want to come home on a friday, sit back, play some God of War 3 offline or some games online, or just pop in a bluray movie and watch its stunning graphics and lifelike features, then get the ps3. just keep in mind, all 3 systems are awesome and will be fun, just for different types of people
Its mostly just down to your personal preference. There isn't one console that is just better than the others (despite what many fanboys say). There is not a great deal of difference between the ps3 and 360. It mostly comes down to the exclusives they have and the online functions. For online play the 360 has a better system set up but the majority of the time you end up playing with bad mouthed 12 year olds.
The Wii is a completely different system all though with the playstation move and microsoft kinect coming out all 3 comsoles will have motion control games. IMO the Wii is the weakest comsole of the 3. I would go with the ps3 as I think it has better exclusives, and not forgetting the built in Blu-ray player is always a plus.

You might THINK it's the same thing, but it's not.
Let me just start off by saying I was skeptical about this item. I already have an Xbox 360 so I figured I didn't need to upgrade, but I did anyways and boy was I surprised.
First off, this console is considerably smaller than the previous Xbox 360s. The power button is touch sensitive, which I also thought was very cool. It comes with a 250 gb hard drive which is the largest out there but the hard drive itself is also considerably smaller than the other hard drives. It is also inside the console instead of outside. The built in WiFi works much better than the wireless adapters, I've had no lag so far and no connection issues whatsoever. Another great characteristic of this is that it has 5 USB ports, 2 in the front and 3 in the back. One of my favorite things about this is that it is almost silent. If the room is silent and you are more than 3 feet away you can't hear it, which is spectacular compared to previous models.
This will go well with Kinect when it comes out this November.
xbox has the best controller
