Suggestion:
If your Wii is under warranty Nintendo should fix it for free. If not you will have to pay to have it fixed.
If the games still work after they get fixed I wouldn't worry about if your Wii is no longer under warranty.

Do you have your wii standing up? if so sit it flat and don't touch it while its running. if you pressed in the sides or crushed it, there can be a bigger internal issue.
ps. some video stores can restore the games with the circle scratches on them. try that before buying a new game. call around first.
I'd send it back to the manufacturer, because it sounds like its been knocked causing something to internally scratch the disks. But id definitely not put any more disks in as they are only being ruined at £40 per game..
Phone Nintendo, explain what's happening and send it to them
