The problem is, every game will work except for the disc "Super Smash Bros. Brawl"
The disc simply won't read, and I've bought Wii lens cleaners and done everything I can do to clean the Wii.
Over time, the settings have changed quite a bit, and I was wondering, if I were to Format my Wii System Memory, would it possibly make the game work? Or would it just be pointless?
Please answer.

Nah man. It won't help. If there's a problem reading the actual disc, the problem can't be with the system memory, it has to be with the hardware itself. Don't format your Wii for nothing. Besides, I've been wanting to play Brawl for over a year and I can't get it used anywhere! It's 50 bucks or no Brawl for me.

It's dual layered disc some Wii's have tweaked lenses so they can't read dual layered discs. When I hacked my wii it tweaked my lenses and so I just found a single layer disc online and burnt it to that because my wii is hacked. So no that won't help
No, formatting won't work, try changing the lens.
