This option avoids having to open up the Xbox yourself and is best for those who just want to get it done right by someone else. Third, you can fix the xbox 360 yourself in an hour or two using one of the many xbox 360 3 red light repair guides that have become available as this problem became so widespread and so widely known. For just $25-$30 and can be taken through the entire repair process including video tutorials that make the repair pretty much idiot proof. The actual repair is pretty straightforward and the videos that come along with the guides make it that much easier. If you don’t have a problem opening up your Xbox and taking it apart, this is a good option as you will get it fixed fast. Assuming everything goes right, you should be back playing your games in about an hour.
