Secret #1 – Blacksmithing
The best way to make an ongoing stream of money in WoW is by selling items that people need to renew. This way you can get repeat customers and in the end will make more money more consistently. While you might find it appealing to make big ticket items such as fancy armor, you’ll do better if you make items that are always in need of replacing such as grinding stones and sharpening stones.
Secret #2 – Enchanting
Enchanting is a profession that when used wisely can give you a solid income. The best way to make money with Enchanting is to actually focus your efforts on disenchanting. Materials such as Shards and Dust sell well across every server.
Use disenchanting to make materials to sell to other Enchanters that are not interested (or too lazy) to get the materials themselves.
Secret #3 – Engineering
Like Blacksmithing, the best things to make as an Engineer are the items which are regularly used. Bomb’s, Explosives, and Fireworks and great examples of these.
Secret #4 – Small Pet Vendors
Believe it or not small pets can make you very rich in WoW. All you need to do is travel through Azeroth and collect as many as you can. Sell these in the AH for a very tidy profit.
Another way to cash in on small pets is by farming rare ones. Dragonhawks and Draklings are particularly lucrative.
Secret #5 – Instance Runs
A number of instances in WoW can be used for farming green items. These can be sold immediately in the Auction House or you can disenchant them for their materials. By the time you’re at level 70 you’ll be able to run instances solo which is also very rewarding financially.
By applying a little time and dedication you’ll be able to use the 5 tips mentioned above to make stacks of Gold in WoW. They are simple tricks but have worked extremely well for a good number of WoW players over the years.
