Beginner World of Warcraft Leveling Guide

After you have installed World of Warcraft and created your human character (preferably human/allience) you’ll be at level 1. I assume that you play human character and the very first place you’ll start is Elwynn Forest in the North Shire Glade. To start with familiarize yourself with this area first. There are a few quests that you can pick on killing the wolves. You’ll notice that there are a lot of wolves running around the area.Keep killing wolves right till you finish the quest. You can keep killing them until you notice you’re at level three. That was not hard, was it?

When you get to about level 3, go to the vendor next to the Church; he will help you repair all your armor and sell any looted items. That’ll help you on further in the game. Repearing your items is very important. Having damaged items, which increase stats on your character, will work much less until you repeare them. While in combat, you’ll notice that it gets harder to grind. This can be due to your stats being affected by all those damaged items you’re wearing. Now you can go on your first quest. Pick up A Threat Within quests and then do the follow-up quest called “Kobold Camp Cleanup”. Those simple quests will help you familiarize with World of Warcraft quest system. Getting all your quests done has several important benifits. At first you gather some experience points that are required to get to the next level. Getting to the next level will require some experience points. Money in form of gold, silver and coper is another handy bonus you get from quest completion. Money will pay for your repair needs and buy you some cool items. Some more quests will be ready for you once you get these done.

You’re ready now to level further. Getting to level four will be easy by killing some more wolves right until you have 8 Wolf Meats in your backpack. You can also grind Kobold’s Vermins to get to level four. After some heavy mob grinding all your items become damaged. Repair them proptly and don’t forget to do so. Otherwise it will slow down your leveling process. After you get there, turn in all your finished quests and get the next one. Often it’s a pity to turn in the quest and have some XP points left untill the next level. By grinding Kobold Worlers in that area you’ll quickly get to level 5. You get some loot items after grinding, so don’t forget to pick them up. Items must be sold to a vendor in exchange to copper, which will pay for your repair needs.

Level seven will be easily achieved by doing next seven quests. Was it easy, wasn’t it. Note that while playing Worl of Warcraft, it will eventually become harder and harder to achieve next level, as it’ll require more experience points with each level. These quests are all quite easy and should not take more than a few hours at the very most to complete. It’s a good idea to grind whenever you can to help you move up even faster. That is quite easy, as every time you take the next quests – running to some remote location is what you’ll have to do. So don’t miss any grinding apportunity while you go to your next journey.

To get from level seven to thirty is a pretty straightforward process. Simply take all the quests that are offered to you and turn them in to get the follow-ups. Questing system in World of Warcraft is made in such way that last quest in the area will guide you streight to the next leveling zone, thus elliminating the need to look for new quests. Grinding will help you gain more and more XP.But remember one small thing – leveling with quests is always faster then by grinding. Focus mostly on quests untill you get to about level 60, as it is the fastest way to gain experience points. To read the complete guide go to our WoW Leveling Guide Page.
