Here’s How to Play the Wow Druid

The WoW druid is perhaps not the best choice if it is your first character, since it does take some time to learn and truly is a class of many talents but master of none. Druids are a true hybrid class and they can fit into any of the three essential roles in the game. These roles are tank, healer and DPS.

Perhaps the most diverse talent tree of the WoW druid is feral combat, which enhances the druids capabilities as a warrior or a rogue in bear or cat form respectively. In bear form the druids makes one of the most effective tanks in the game while in cat form they can do quite a lot of damage while questing.

The druid also has a spell-casting talents tree. This is the balance tree, which dramatically enhances the capabilities of the druid’s offensive spells. Becoming more like a mage or a warlock, this makes druids a powerful range to damage per second class with some basic crowd control capabilities.

Restoration deals with healing and a full restoration druid is one of the most effective healers in the game. They are also very efficient with mana consumption and have some powerful heals. It is also the only class that can resurrect players during combat, and partly because of this, they are always in high demand in any raid, regardless of their talent spec.

In fact, druids have two powerful spells which make them popular in any raid regardless of their specification. These spells can restore manner to the targeted player or resurrect a dead player during combat.

When playing as the WoW druid, If you invest all your points in feral combat, then you can enjoy bear and cat forms which are basically like being a warrior and a rogue all in one, since in cat form, you also have the ability to stealth.
