Since World of Warcraft is pretty much like the real world, it means you have to make gold in order to progress through the game. When you are utilizing professions such as Tailoring or Leatherworking, people will call these ingredients “Patterns.” Whatever the case may be, it’s important not to be confused with the entire lingo involved. In short, all you have to do is know that there are specific things you need to farm or purchase in order to make something. For instance, if you’re an Engineer, then you’ll need the “Schematics” to every recipe. In Jewelcrafting you’ll find “Designs” so on and so forth. We could go on and on talking about “Plans” for Blacksmithing, or even “Recipes” for Cooking and Alchemy, but you get the idea about the lingo regarding these items in World of Warcraft.
Okay, so let’s start teaching you how to make more gold using these recipes. In order to do this you’re going to have to figure out which ones are more popular, higher-quality, and can make a profit based on the mats (materials) you’ll have to purchase. The easiest way to do this is by checking out the color of the recipe. They all come in gray, white, green, blue, or purple. These are listed from worst to best, and if you can find the best, and get the patterns for the least amount of money, then you’ll have yourself a magnificent profit. The next type of recipe that you can specialize in selling in World of Warcraft is the “Uncommon Quality”. The name of these recipes will be identified by the color green.
