Even though you probably know where things are already, there is always a much more efficient and faster way to level then you are probably familiar with and an alliance leveling guide will usually keep track of this. Leveling is not as boring as it used to be since quests now give a lot more experience points and you do not have to grind at all.
While each class is very different to play, you will still notice a lot of repetition when it comes to the questing and although the game is very big, you will still end up doing most of the same quests over and over again every time you level a character.
The fastest classes to level are the pet classes in general. With a hunter, you are effectively a team of two in many respects. To a lesser extent, this is also true of the warlock, although it very much depends on which way you spend your talent points.
Alliance and Horde both level at much the same time and there are just as many quests available to both factions although the areas which they quest in are also very different during some periods of the leveling process.
Although it is a complex class to learn, the druid is also a good choice if you want to level quickly. This is because druids can heal themselves. Shamans can also do this so they can make another good choice for leveling speedily. It largely depends on how you play, and indeed rogues can be very fast to level as well since they can sneak past large numbers of enemies to get to their targets. Whichever you pick, an alliance leveling guide will expedite the leveling process.
