Rogues can either move as an individual or group together to go on raids and the likes. Among the different kinds of rogues are the Assassination Rogues which can deal a considerable amount of damage to enemies; Combat Rogues who are in-between offensive and defensive rogues and last but not least the Subtlety Rogues.
As with any of the classes on World of Warcraft, you will find three different trees you can go up. The three different talent trees for the Rogue can be found below:

Rouges are often associated with their handy moves in PvP. While it may be true to some extent that the Subtlety Rogue may not be as efficient as the Combat or Assassination Rouges, they are excellent when it comes to PvP.
