You will start in your respective preparation areas. Each of these is filled with decaying artifacts and crumbling stone, setting the mood for the upcoming battle. After the doors open you will see a dark and sad arena map with a somewhat square shape with rounded edges. In the middle is a coffin with 3 pillars in the corners. On either side of the map is a graveyard with various tombstones that can be used as los points.
Once the game starts you will want to move out towards the center coffin. This is where most of the fight will take place, whoever can control this los point the best will have the advantage of winning the game. Most teams will need to figure out their strategy as you will easily los your healer if you are running all around the center.
As a ranged you will want to hold this point while standing on top of the coffin in order to get a better los on enemies on either side of it. You will still be obstructed if they are behind the pillars or the graveyard tombstones however. Another idea is to try and pull enemies away from the coffer and dps them as your healer uses the coffin as los point to stop CCS. If melee fall into this trap it can be a nice win if your healer is not being managed.
As for melee, hugging the coffin will probably be more of your advantage. If you are being pulled out into the open by ranged then you should try to move the fight back to the coffin either by going after the hiding healer or just running away to the coffin and hoping the ranged follow.
Figure out a strat with your team mates and stick to it, if you deviate and go with “plan b” and just do whatever, you are setting up your group for failure.
