Apart from it all, the WoW Mage is known as being the refrigerator on World of Warcraft. When you have this class, you may end up seeing fellow players come up to you asking for food or drink. Why? Because the Mage has the ability to conjure up food and drink in only a matter of seconds.
However, with some breathing room, the mage will be able to solo those critters that are three levels higher (maybe more)! The mage just takes a little more brain power and effort to play as, its not quite so cut and dry like say with a Warrior or a Rogue.
Did we mention that this class is great in groups. You can have warriors and pets up front holding the mobs off while the mage stays back and unleashes all of that power that is held inside.
When things get too tough, they are able to polymorph their opponent into a sheep (or penguin, with the glyph). One of our favorite spells with the mage is the pyroblast, which can be found under the fire talent build.
The WoW Mage has many powers and one of our favorites is the pyroblast, which is very strong and has a lot of hit points to it. If youre considering trying out a mage, youre in for a challenge, but when mastered, they are quite the powerhouse.
