Suggestion:
There is no point getting an extra controller until the new WiiMote Plus (built in Motion Plus) comes out, otherwise you may have to upgrade at a later date. I also wouldn't recommend WiiParty until it goes on sale.
I wouldn't worry to much about Black Ops, you could get that any time in the future, same with Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2; your priority right now should be for Goldeneye with the Gold Controller, I wouldn't imagine that this bundle would stick around for very long and Goldeneye is looking to be one of the best Wii games this year. Goldeneye has been stated as being played best with the WiiMote & Nunchuck combo (has an extra stealth move attached) but that gold controller is a must have and it will surely become a sought after item in the future.
For a game under 40 squida, I would suggest No More Heroes 2 + Muramasa the Demon Blade. Amazon has them for under $20 each.

I know WAW wasn't the best COD of the series,(OKAY IT WAS CRAP… ESPECIALLY FOR WII) This time treyarch fired most of their staff and theres gonna be A LOT of changes.
Dude Black Ops once you get it, you are going to be more satisfied then a mediocore game with an extra wiimote.
