Help for One of My Wii Games: Mx Vs. Atv Untamed.?

My game isn't working and every time I put it into the Wii Console I go to the Disc Channel and it starts but after it shows me the screen that shows the Wii Remote, it says: "The disc could not be read".
Please help me I've got some new cheats for them and I'd like to use them.

Suggestion:

You just have to get an updated version of the backup launcher and it should be fine.
