Suggestion:
Well it all depends on the game type. If it is Wi-fi compatible (can play online with other people), then no. If it isn't online playable, then all you have to do is insert an SD card into the SD card slot, go to Wii Settings (button in the lower right corner of the Wii menu), go to memory, choose Wii, then choose the game you want, choose Copy, and then copy it to the SD card. When you put the SD card into the new Wii, you should be able to copy the data of the SD card to the new Wii.
