Suggestion:
If you cant load anything it is because you are missing needed IOS files, check wiihacks.com or get someone to do it for you correctly. Also your hard drive need to be formated to WBFS (check for WBFS manager 3.0) for most USB loader programs to see the drive.

down to earth? i thought it was rather simple myself. it's just knowing what you are looking to do and under standing it. on the 4.2 menu "N" used a stubbed ios 249. it's easy, just delete the stubbed ios and install cios 249 in it's place. don't worry, ios files above 200 are supposed to be safe/not needed. just follow this guide and you'll be fine. i've done several with 100% success.

maybe you could try to use a game copy software. i used a software to burn my wii games, and the sound and picture quality of the resulting copies are just like the originals’. Here is it.
