Well Yes The Only Way For Hacker To To Be Banned From Online And Wifi On the Wii Is For Someone To Call Nintendo And Report the Hacker Online.Then They Will Be Banned From Wifi And Online Games Because they Will Know That He or She Has A Hacked Wii.So the System Of Banning Hacker Is Bad Not Better Then The Xbox 360.the Xbox Know If They Hack Or Not.Well the Wii Can Only Tell If The Person Report Them.

yes, you can get banned from the wii servers if you hack and most of the wii firmware updates are to prevent hacking, but the wii people can get away with it because they hack their connection so nintendo can't tell that it is them, because the retards who play xbox all day long aren't smart enough to do stuff like that, and every hacker knows that

Nintendo performs system updates which clean your system as well as updating your channels ( Wii shop channel, forecast etc.) When you update your Wii they get rid of your homebrew channels, as well as all you're downloaded games!
As other answer's said you can always report them… but don't, there is a small chance they will track the hacker and ban them.
