i looked it up and the number means that you need the WEP key or security code. on the modem or router, there should be a 10 digit number behind or the sides of the router. i hope it helps…

Wait – don't tell me… Your password was wrong? I had the same problem, but I believe you can fix it using the 10-digit number on your router (AT&T and other routers have them on the bottom part). I think that was the serial number. No, its below that.
